WorkBC Tofino provides free assistance and support for job seekers and employers in Tofino and surrounding communities on the west coast. Our convenient location at 381 Main Street is in the heart of Tofino’s downtown area, near the waterfront and close to the library and Tofino Municipal office.
Our self-serve resources are available to all job seekers to update your resume, apply for jobs online, or use our printer, photocopier or fax machine. There are also available job search and job start supports for unemployed clients who are eligible and need help looking for work or getting starting in a new job.
If you need more assistance than what is provided by our self-serve tools and resources, ask one of our Resource Centre Advisors about available WorkBC personal supports and services. Depending on eligibility, these include one-on-one employment counselling, workshops, training supports, skills assessments, wage subsidy, self-employment services, and customized job placement. Employers too, are welcome to take advantage of available WorkBC employer resources to help you find and keep the workforce you need.
